Every baseball and football showcase or tryout starts with a 60-yard or 40-yard sprint. Whether you like it or not, your sprint time determines as much about your playing future as any other factor.

The best way to improve your overall time is by speeding up your 10 and 20 yard splits. On the "Set Your Goals" screen, you enter the time you want to get to and our app tells you how fast you need to run your 10 yard and 20 yard splits to reach that goal. Studies show that the first 20 yards are the most important to achieving your goal.

When timing your splits, a loud air-horn will sound at the moment you should be crossing the 10-yard and 20-yard marker. As you get faster, you will get closer and closer to those markers as you hear the air-horn blast. Each sprint you will know whether you are yards, feet or inches away from your split-time goals with our stopwatch.

Even better, most stopwatches are hard to use because the buttons are too small and difficult to find unless you are looking at the screen and even harder if you are timing yourself.
